Based on an early concept sketch by Ralph McQuarrie of the then-referred-to 'General Vader', this design evolved into a wearable two-piece helmet with a face mask. It includes a reinforced epoxy lay-up face plate, a formed ABS helmet, dark smoked acrylic lenses, steel grille filters (mouth and chin), a padded interior, harnessing belt system, and a Velcro-based mount. The top helmet features a matte black tactical textured ABS shell. Available in numbered finished editions or as a do-it-yourself kit (mouth grilles are blank and customizable, such as adding more teeth).
