Harnessed ABS body armour with cast details
Custom-fitted two-piece bodysuit in your choice of black or grey, featuring ribbed panels and Velcro fix points
Metal maille skirt
Belt with seven pods
Affixed bicep and thigh spats
Vinyl decals
Gauntlets
Leather boots with exterior ankle armour
Display plaque, 9-volt battery, and care kit (includes chrome Mylar for surface touch-ups)

About the Armour
The armoured components are formed from high-impact ABS thermoplastic, vacuum-metallized for a mirror-like chrome finish. This professional industrial process creates a highly reflective surface that is sealed with a protective clear coat. While visually striking, each part may exhibit minor imperfections from the fabrication process—these are inherent to the materials and technique used.
We maintain two grading standards:
‘A Grade’ finishes meet our highest criteria for surface quality and presentation
‘B Grade’ finishes feature more noticeable irregularities and are offered at a discount, subject to availability
Optional Sound and Lighting Enhancements
For those seeking a more immersive experience or display, the following optional upgrades are available:
In-helmet sound module with iconic eye ‘warble’ and “By your command” voice clip
VT4 voice emulation system for real-time vocal processing and synchronized eye sound effects
Motion sensor power adapter for static displays, enabling wall power and triggered LED eye movement
Additional standalone electronic LED eye sweep unit (already included in the helmet)
