Based on original ROTJ helmets examined at the Smithsonian: Magic of Myth Tour exhibit, our 1:1 replicas have been used by elite ‘Lancer’ class Star Wars costume clubs since we started making them in 1997. Fabricated in 4 ABS vacuum formed thermoplastic, these lightweight and durable helmets are easy to maintain, and do not require paint. Featuring dark smoked optical grade acrylic lenses, vinyl decals, and detailed PLA features, our helmet has a swivel up faceplate like the originals. For those with a penchant for DIY, we offer these in kit formats as well.
